Architectural Review Committee Submissions

Our Property Management Company should be contacted regarding the ARC. Please send applications directly to our Property Manager ( and send questions to our ARC Committee (


The Process

  • The homeowner must submit one set of applications, plans, drawings and documents, along with a construction sample board and color samples to the ARC. 

  • The applicant will be notified of the approval or rejection of the application by letter dated no later than forty-five (45) days after the submittal of the application to the ARC. In case of rejection, the applicant will be notified in writing of items that are not in character with the Design Guidelines and Covenants, and will receive both sets of documents for appropriate design changes. 

  • ARC approval requires a majority of the ARC Committee members present at an ARC meeting voting to approve the project based on its proposal. From time to time as may be needed the ARC Committee may vote via electronic means (herein defined as but not limited to email, fax, text, etc.) on ARC proposals however approval for the project must be unanimous by all ARC Committee members if electronic voting is used. 

  • The homeowner can submit at any time a revised application package with those changes that address ARC concerns.
